Using phpMyAdmin

phpMyAdmin is a web tool for managing your MySQL/MariaDB databases directly in the browser - no software to install. Open it from the DirhamHost panel under phpMyAdmin or Databases.

What you can do:

• Browse and edit data: click a database on the left, choose a table, then use the Browse tab to view rows or Insert to add them.
• Run SQL: the SQL tab lets you run queries, for example to update a WordPress site URL.
• Import and export: back up or restore databases (see our separate import/export guides).
• Search and repair: the Operations and Check table tools help fix minor issues.

A common WordPress fix is updating the siteurl and home values in the wp_options table after moving a site.

Caution: changes in phpMyAdmin are immediate and cannot be undone. Always click Export to download a backup before editing anything important.
