Connecting to your site with FileZilla

FileZilla is a free, reliable FTP client for Windows, Mac and Linux. Here is how to connect to your Dirham A Day hosting:

1. Download FileZilla from the official site and install it.
2. First create an FTP account in the DirhamHost panel under FTP Accounts.
3. In FileZilla open File > Site Manager > New Site.
4. Set Protocol to SFTP (port 22) or FTP with Require explicit FTP over TLS (port 21).
5. Host: ftp.yourdomain.ae or your server hostname.
6. Logon Type: Normal. Enter your FTP username and password.
7. Click Connect. Accept the certificate/host key the first time.

The left panel is your computer; the right is the server. Open public_html on the right, then drag files across to upload. Your home page must be index.html or index.php.
