Checking your disk usage

Keeping an eye on disk usage prevents surprises like uploads failing or email bouncing when storage is full. In the DirhamHost panel:

1. Look at the Statistics / resource usage sidebar on the panel home page - it shows disk space used versus your plan limit.
2. For a detailed breakdown, open File Manager and use the Disk Usage view, which shows which folders are largest.

Common space consumers:

• Email: large mailboxes with years of attachments. Empty Trash and Junk folders and archive old mail.
• Backups: old backup archives sitting in your home directory - download and remove them.
• Media uploads: high-resolution images and videos. Compress images before uploading.
• Logs and cache: application logs and cache folders.

Remember that disk usage includes files, databases and email. If you are near your limit, either clean up as above or upgrade your plan in the client area for more NVMe storage.
