Why is the padlock missing from my site?

A missing padlock means the browser does not consider the page fully secure. Work through these causes in order.

1. No certificate yet. If the domain recently pointed to us, AutoSSL may still be working. Open SSL/TLS Status in the DirhamHost panel via my.dirhamaday.ae and run AutoSSL if the domain is not secured.
2. Loading over HTTP. You have a certificate but the page opened as http://. Enable Force HTTPS Redirect so visitors are always sent to the secure version.
3. Mixed content. The most common cause on an otherwise-secured site: an image, script or stylesheet is still loading over http://. The browser then shows an "info" icon instead of the padlock. Update those links to https://.
4. Expired certificate. Usually because DNS moved. Re-run AutoSSL once DNS points back to us.

To find mixed content, right-click the page, choose Inspect, and read the Console tab for warnings that name the insecure files.
