Here is what you can expect:

• The certificate is issued automatically shortly after your domain points to our servers.
• It auto-renews before expiry, so your site never goes without HTTPS.
• It covers your main domain and, in most cases, the www version too.

A valid SSL certificate is what puts the padlock in the browser address bar and lets your site load over https://. It encrypts the connection between your visitors and your website, which protects any information they enter, such as contact details or passwords.

If you need coverage for a purchased or specialised certificate (for example an organisation-validated certificate), you can still install one, but for the vast majority of UAE small businesses the free Let's Encrypt certificate is all you need.
