WordPress and resource limits

WordPress is the most popular platform we host, and with a little care it runs beautifully within your DirhamGuard limits. Because WordPress builds each page with PHP and can run many plugins, it is also the most common source of high resource usage - so it pays to keep it lean.

The single biggest win is caching. A good caching plugin (such as one that serves ready-made static pages) means most visitors get a pre-built page without your server doing the work each time. This alone can cut CPU and memory usage dramatically.
