Omnio webmail features overview

Omnio is a full-featured webmail client, so you can do far more than just read mail from your browser. Log in at https://webmail.yourdomain.ae with your full email address.

What you can do in Omnio:

• Compose and organise mail with folders, search, flags and drag-and-drop filing.
• Set a signature and identities so the right "From" address and sign-off appear.
• Create filters/rules to sort incoming mail automatically into folders.
• Manage contacts and address groups.
• Use the calendar for appointments and reminders.
• Set a vacation autoresponder and forwarding.
• Mark spam/not-spam to train the filter.
• Change your password under Settings.

Omnio is responsive, so it works well on a phone browser when you are away from your usual device. Because your mail is stored on the server via IMAP, anything you do in Omnio is reflected on your phone and desktop apps too.

For everyday work on your own devices you may prefer Outlook or Apple Mail, but Omnio is always there as a reliable, no-install option from anywhere with internet.
