Finding your webmail address

Your Omnio webmail is always available in a browser at a predictable address based on your domain:

• Primary: https://webmail.yourdomain.ae
• Some setups also work at https://yourdomain.ae/webmail or https://mail.yourdomain.ae.

Log in with your full email address (for example sales@yourdomain.ae) and your mailbox password.

A few notes:

• The webmail. address depends on your domain's DNS pointing to our servers. If you have just moved your domain to us, allow a little time for DNS to update.
• You can also reach webmail from inside the DirhamHost panel - open Email Accounts and click Check Email next to any address.
• Bookmark the webmail URL for quick access, and always check the padlock shows a secure HTTPS connection before entering your password.

If the webmail address will not load, the most common cause is DNS not yet pointing to Dirham A Day, or the domain still using another provider's mail.
