Creating a mailbox

Every Dirham A Day plan includes unlimited mailboxes, so you can create a professional address like info@yourdomain.ae for every role and staff member. To create one:

1. Sign in at my.dirhamaday.ae and open the DirhamHost panel.
2. Go to Email Accounts.
3. Click Create, choose the domain, and enter the username (the part before the @).
4. Set a strong password, choose a mailbox storage size (or unlimited), and click Create.

Your new address is ready immediately. You can then:

• Log in to Omnio webmail at https://webmail.yourdomain.ae.
• Set it up on your phone or in Outlook/Apple Mail using IMAP.

Tips: use clear addresses such as sales@, accounts@ and support@; give each person their own login rather than sharing one; and set a sensible mailbox quota so no single account fills your storage. To keep messages in sync across devices, use IMAP rather than POP3. If you need many mailboxes at once, we can help bulk-create them - contact support on WhatsApp +971 58 553 6767.
