How to view your resource usage
Keeping an eye on your resource usage helps you spot problems early and know when it is time to upgrade. Dirham A Day makes this easy.
To check your usage:
- Log in to the DirhamHost panel for your account (linked from your dashboard at my.dirhamaday.ae).
- Open the resource usage section.
- You will see live figures and historical graphs for CPU, memory (RAM), entry processes and disk activity.
The graphs show your usage over time against your plan's limits. Most of the time your lines will sit comfortably below the ceiling. Short spikes up to the limit are perfectly normal - they happen every time a page is built or an order is placed. What matters is the overall pattern.
Look out for:
- Frequent flat tops - if a line repeatedly hits and holds at 100%, your site is being capped and may feel slow at those times.
- A rising baseline - if your everyday usage is creeping up month on month, your site is growing and may soon need a bigger plan.
