Upgrading your plan for more resources

If your site is consistently busy enough to press against its DirhamGuard limits, the simplest and most reliable fix is to upgrade your plan. A larger plan raises every limit at once - more CPU, more memory, more entry processes and more room for background tasks.

Signs it is time to upgrade:

• Your usage graphs regularly hit and hold at the ceiling.
• Visitors occasionally see resource-limit (508) errors at busy times.
• Your site feels slower as traffic or your product catalogue grows.
• You have added a shop, membership area or other heavier features.

To upgrade:

1. Log in at my.dirhamaday.ae.
2. Open your hosting service and choose Upgrade / Change Plan.
3. Pick the larger plan (for example moving from Spark to Grow, or Grow to Blaze) and confirm.

Upgrades apply quickly and your site stays online throughout - there is no migration and no downtime, because your account simply receives a bigger resource allocation on the same server. Your files, databases and email are untouched.
