How to restore your whole site

If something has gone badly wrong - a broken update, a hacked site, a major mistake - DirhamVault lets you roll your entire account back to an earlier, working state with a one-click restore.

To restore your whole site:

1. Log in to the DirhamHost panel (from your dashboard at my.dirhamaday.ae).
2. Open the DirhamVault backup section.
3. Choose full account restore.
4. Select the restore point (date and time) you want to return to - ideally the last known-good moment before the problem started.
5. Confirm, and DirhamVault will restore your files, databases and email to that point.

A few things to keep in mind:

• A full restore replaces your current data with the backup, so any changes made after that restore point (for example new orders or blog posts) will not be present. Choose your restore point with that in mind.
• If you only need to recover one thing - a single file, a database or a mailbox - use a granular restore instead, so you do not lose recent changes elsewhere.
