Requesting your free migration to Dirham A Day is simple, and once you have asked, our team does the technical work for you. Here is how to get started and what to expect.

To request a migration:

1. Sign up or log in at my.dirhamaday.ae and choose a hosting plan (our team can advise which one suits your site).
2. Contact us to start the migration - by WhatsApp +971 58 553 6767, email support@dirhamaday.ae, or a request from your dashboard.
3. Tell us the details - where your site is currently hosted, which control panel, and what needs moving (site, databases, email).
4. Provide access or a backup so we can pull your site across.

What happens next:

• We plan the move, including a low-downtime reverse-proxy cutover if your site needs to stay live.
• We migrate your files, databases and email to our platform.
• We give you a chance to test the site before switching over.
• When you are happy, we complete the cutover and help re-issue SSL and verify everything.

Throughout, your existing hosting stays active as a safety net until the move is confirmed complete.
