Migrating from Plesk or another panel

We have built-in importers for cPanel and CentOS Web Panel (CWP), but those are not the only setups we can move you from. If your site runs on Plesk, another control panel, or a custom server, our team can still migrate you - just get in touch and tell us what you are on.

The building blocks of almost any website are the same wherever they are hosted: files, one or more databases, and email accounts. As long as we can access those, we can bring them across to Dirham A Day and set them up to work on our platform.

Typical approaches for non-cPanel/CWP setups:

• We take a copy of your site files, export your databases, and recreate your email accounts on our side.
• Where your panel can produce a backup or export, we work from that.
• Where it cannot, we transfer the components directly with the access you provide.

We can still aim for little or no downtime using a reverse-proxy cutover, keeping your site live on its old address while we prepare and test everything here.

What helps us give you an accurate plan:

• Which control panel or setup you are currently on.
• How many sites, databases and email accounts are involved.
• The rough size of your site and whether it is a shop or has special software.
