Understanding MX record priorities

MX (Mail Exchange) records tell the internet which server handles email for your domain. Each MX record has a priority number, and this controls the order in which sending servers try them.

Key facts:

To view or edit MX records, open the DirhamHost panel's Zone Editor (or your registrar's DNS if managed there) and look at the MX entries.

Common issues:

If you have just moved to us and email is not arriving, outdated MX records are the usual cause. Allow time for DNS to propagate after changes. We can verify your MX configuration and correct it for you - contact support@dirhamaday.ae or WhatsApp +971 58 553 6767.
