What does each dashboard section mean?
The client area dashboard at my.dirhamaday.ae is organised into a few clear sections. Here is what each one is for:
- Dashboard — a summary of your account: active services, domains, unpaid invoices and recent tickets.
- Services — your hosting plans and add-ons, where you renew, upgrade and open DirhamHost.
- Domains — your registered domains, DNS and renewals.
- Invoices / Billing — pay, view and download invoices, and manage your saved card.
- Tickets — contact support and read replies.
- Profile / Account — your details, password, 2FA and contacts.
You can also buy new services from within the client area. If a section is showing something you do not expect, our UAE-based team is happy to walk you through it.
