How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

As your needs change, you can move between Spark, Grow and Blaze without rebuilding your site. Sign in at my.dirhamaday.ae, open the Services section, select your hosting service and choose the option to change or upgrade your plan.

Upgrading (for example Spark to Grow) gives you more resources and headroom — ideal if your traffic is growing or you are adding an online store. It usually takes effect quickly, and any price difference is handled on your invoice.

Downgrading is also possible if your needs have reduced; just make sure your site fits comfortably within the smaller plan first.
