How do I renew my hosting or domain?

Renewing keeps your website and email running without interruption. Dirham A Day services are billed yearly, and you have two easy options.

Automatic renewal: turn on auto-renew for a service and we will generate an invoice and charge your saved card shortly before it expires, so you never have to remember. This is the safest way to avoid downtime.

Manual renewal: when a renewal invoice appears in your client area at my.dirhamaday.ae, simply open it and pay by card in AED. We will send reminders as the date approaches.

We recommend renewing (or leaving auto-renew on) before the due date, especially for domains, because letting a domain lapse can risk losing it.
