How do I change my billing email?

You can send billing emails such as invoices and renewal reminders to a specific address — useful if your accounts are handled by a colleague or accountant. Sign in at my.dirhamaday.ae and open your billing or contact settings.

There are two common approaches:

• Change your main email if you simply want everything to go to a new address (note this is also your sign-in username, so you may need to verify it).
• Add a billing contact if you want invoices to go to an additional person while keeping your own login unchanged, and set that contact to receive billing notifications.
