TXT and SPF records for email deliverability
TXT records hold small pieces of text in your DNS. One of the most important uses is SPF (Sender Policy Framework), which helps stop spammers from forging emails from your domain and improves the chance your email reaches the inbox.
An SPF record is a single TXT record that lists which servers are allowed to send email for your domain. Other common TXT uses include DKIM, DMARC and domain verification for services like Google and Microsoft.
To add one, open the DNS manager in your client area, add a TXT record, paste the exact value your provider gave you, and save.
Be careful to keep only one SPF record per domain, combining entries if needed. If your email is landing in spam, contact our team on WhatsApp +971 58 553 6767 or support@dirhamaday.ae and we will review your SPF and related records.
