Using a third-party email provider

You are free to use any email provider with your Dirham A Day domain — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or another service — while keeping your website with us. Email routing is controlled by DNS records.

To switch email to an external provider:

1. Get the DNS records from your email provider (MX, and usually TXT/SPF and CNAME entries).
2. Open the DNS manager in your client area.
3. Replace your existing MX records with the provider MX records.
4. Add the TXT and CNAME records they specify.

Because you are changing where mail is delivered, only keep one set of MX records active. Allow a few hours for propagation. If email behaves unexpectedly afterwards, contact our team on WhatsApp +971 58 553 6767 or support@dirhamaday.ae.
