How do I reset the root password on my VPS?

You can reset the root password of your VPS yourself from the Manage VPS panel in the client area.

One important requirement: the VPS must be stopped before you can reset the root password. If it is running, use Shutdown first, then run the reset, and start the VPS again afterwards.

Once the password is reset, connect to the VPS over SSH as root at the VPS IP using your new password. For security, choose a strong, unique password and store it safely.
