How do I export or back up my data?

It is always wise to keep your own copy of your website data. You can export most of it yourself from your DirhamHost control panel, reachable from your client area at my.dirhamaday.ae.

From the control panel you can typically:

• Download your website files (for example as a zip or via the file manager).
• Export your databases.
• Save copies of your emails.
• Create a full account backup.

For added peace of mind, our DirhamVault add-on provides automated off-site backups with one-click restore, so you are covered even if something goes wrong. Invoices can be downloaded as PDFs from the billing section for your financial records. If you need help producing a complete export — for instance before moving or closing your account — our UAE-based team will gladly assist.
