Why is my domain not resolving?

If your domain will not load, the cause is usually DNS-related. Here are the most common reasons and what to check:

• Recent changes still propagating — nameserver changes can take up to 48 hours.
• Wrong nameservers — confirm the domain points to ours (ns1 to ns6.dirhamaday.ae) or your intended DNS host.
• Missing or wrong A record — the domain may not point to the correct server IP.
• Expired domain — check the domain has not lapsed and needs renewing.
• Local cache — try another network or device, as your device may be caching an old result.
