How do I close my account?

If you wish to close your Dirham A Day account entirely, the best way is to contact our team so we can make sure it is done cleanly and confirm there is nothing outstanding. You can open a ticket from my.dirhamaday.ae or email support@dirhamaday.ae.

Before closing, please:

• Back up anything you want to keep — website files, databases and emails — as data may be removed after closure.
• Decide what to do with any domains you own; you may wish to transfer them elsewhere rather than let them lapse.
• Check for any unpaid invoices.
