How do I cancel a service?

If you need to cancel a service, you can request it from your client area at my.dirhamaday.ae. Open the Services section, select the service, and choose the cancellation option, or open a support ticket to request cancellation.

You can usually choose to cancel at the end of your current paid term (so you keep using it until it expires) or immediately. If you are within your first 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee — just let us know.

Before cancelling hosting, remember to download any files, databases or emails you want to keep, as data may be removed after cancellation. Domains are separate: cancelling hosting does not delete a domain you own. If you are cancelling because something is not working, please talk to us first — we may be able to fix it.
