Auto-renewal keeps your services running without you having to remember each due date. You can switch it on or off per service from your client area at my.dirhamaday.ae — open the Services or Domains section, select the item and toggle auto-renew in its settings or billing options.

With auto-renew on, we generate the renewal invoice and charge your saved card shortly before the service expires, so there is no risk of downtime. This is especially recommended for domains, where lapsing can mean losing the name.

With auto-renew off, you will receive reminder emails and can pay the renewal invoice manually when you choose. Just be sure to pay before the due date to avoid interruption.
