How do I report abuse or a security concern?

If you have spotted something that needs our attention, for example a hacked site, spam originating from a server, a phishing page, or a vulnerability, please tell us so we can act.

How to report:

• Contact our 24/7 UAE-based team on WhatsApp +971 58 553 6767 or support@dirhamaday.ae.
• Include as much detail as you can: the domain or URL involved, what you observed, timestamps, and any error messages or email headers.

Common things to report:

• Your own site behaving strangely (unexpected pages, redirects, pop-ups).
• Spam or phishing emails claiming to be from Dirham A Day; forward them to us so we can warn others.
• Suspicious login activity on your account.
• A security weakness you have found.

If you receive an email that appears to be from us asking for your password or payment details, treat it as suspicious. We never ask for your password by email. Verify by contacting us directly rather than replying.
