Turning on auto-renew for your domain

Auto-renew is the easiest way to make sure you never lose a domain by accident. When it is switched on, we automatically renew the domain before it expires using your payment method on file.

To enable it:

1. Open the domain in your client area.
2. Turn on the Auto-renew option.
3. Make sure a valid payment method is saved.

We will still email you before each renewal so there are no surprises. Auto-renew is especially valuable for your main business domain, where even a short lapse could take your website and email offline.
