Domain Name Refunds

Domain name registrations and renewals for .ae or امارات. are non-refundable. You may cancel your domain at any time by submitting a request through our support system and verifying your details.

Registrations or renewals of other domain extensions (excluding .ae and امارات.) are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, we cannot process a refund due to the custom nature of domain registrations. Please double-check the spelling and accuracy of your domain before completing your purchase.

Refunds for domains not yet registered with the registry may be possible at our discretion.

Web Hosting and Website Builder Refunds

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for monthly or annual web hosting plans. This 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to hosting services and not to domain name registrations, renewals, transfers, or cloud server products.

If you find that your hosting service is faulty or misdescribed, you have the right to request a correction or refund. Please notify us in writing with clear reasons for your complaint. We will respond within 28 days.

After 30 days, we may offer in-store credit for any unused time remaining on your annual plan, calculated from your original purchase date.

Please note: It is your responsibility to back up your website files and emails before requesting cancellation. Once a cancellation is processed, all files and data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Cloud Hosting Refunds

You can request a full refund within 30 days for monthly or annual cloud hosting plans, excluding domain-related charges. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to domain registrations, renewals, or transfers.

If the cloud hosting service is faulty or misdescribed, you may be eligible for a refund or service correction. Please provide written notice with details, and we will respond within 28 days.

Beyond the 30-day period, in-store credit may be issued for unused time on annual plans.

As with web hosting, customers are responsible for downloading and backing up all website files and emails before submitting a cancellation request.

Addon Refunds

Certain products such as SSL certificates, spam protection, website security tools, and Google Workspace licenses are non-refundable due to their nature. Refunds may be granted only under special circumstances with approval from our billing team.
