Understanding your billing cycle

Your billing cycle is how often you are invoiced for a service, for example monthly, annually or on another term you chose when you signed up. Each service can have its own cycle.

A few days before each cycle ends, DirhamBill generates a renewal invoice and emails you a reminder in AED. If auto-renewal is on, we charge your saved card automatically; if it is off, you pay the invoice manually.

To see the cycle for any service:

1. Log in at my.dirhamaday.ae.
2. Open Services and select the service.
3. Check its next due date and billing term.

Longer cycles, such as annual, often work out cheaper than paying monthly and mean fewer renewals to think about. If you want to change how often you are billed, contact our UAE support on WhatsApp at +971 58 553 6767 and we will help you switch.
