What happens when my plan is due for renewal?

As your yearly term nears its end, Dirham A Day generates a renewal invoice in your client area and sends you reminder emails, so you have plenty of notice.

What happens next depends on your settings:

• With auto-renew on, we charge your saved card in AED shortly before expiry and your services continue seamlessly — no downtime, nothing to remember.
• With auto-renew off, you simply pay the renewal invoice manually before the due date to keep everything running.

If a renewal is not paid by the due date, services may be suspended and, for domains, letting them lapse can risk losing the name — so it is best not to leave it late.
