Updating your payment method

Keeping your card details up to date means your renewals go through smoothly and nothing goes offline unexpectedly. It only takes a moment.

1. Log in at my.dirhamaday.ae.
2. Go to Billing → Payment Methods.
3. Add your new card with Add Card, then set it as your default.
4. Remove any old or expired card you no longer use.

It is worth updating your card as soon as your bank issues a replacement or a new expiry date, especially if you rely on auto-renewal. A card that has expired is the most common reason a renewal payment fails.
