Turning off auto-renew

You are always in control of auto-renewal. If you would rather pay each renewal manually, or you are planning to let a service lapse, you can switch it off in a few clicks.

1. Log in at my.dirhamaday.ae.
2. Open Services and select the service.
3. Turn off Auto-Renew for that service.

With auto-renew off, we will still send you a renewal invoice and reminders before the due date, but we will not charge your card automatically; you simply pay the invoice yourself if you want to continue.

Keep in mind that if you do not pay a renewal, the service will eventually expire or be suspended, so only switch it off if you intend to pay manually or stop the service.
