Which devices does the app support?

The Dirham A Day app is a native app for both iOS and Android, so it works on the vast majority of modern phones and tablets.

• iPhone and iPad: download from the App Store. A current version of iOS is recommended for the best experience and security.
• Android phones and tablets: download from Google Play. A current version of Android is recommended.

Being a native app means it is fast and integrates with your device’s features, including push notifications and biometric unlock (Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint), plus Apple and Google sign-in.

If the app will not install, your device may be running an older operating system than the app supports — update your iOS or Android version, then try again. Also check you have enough free storage.

On older devices that cannot update, you can still manage everything through the web client area at my.dirhamaday.ae in your mobile browser. If you are unsure whether your device is compatible, tell us your phone model on WhatsApp +971 58 553 6767 and we will confirm.
