How to renew a service in the app
Renewing your hosting, domain or other services in the app keeps everything running without interruption.
- Sign in and open Invoices or your Services section.
- Find the service or renewal invoice that is due.
- Tap it to see the details and amount in AED.
- Tap Pay and complete the payment to renew.
The app sends push notifications as renewal dates approach, so you get reminders in good time. Renewing early is always safe — it simply extends your service.
Renewing on time is especially important for domains: if a domain expires, your website and email using it can go offline, and in some cases the name can be lost. Hosting that lapses can also suspend your website, so keep an eye on those reminders.
If you would like renewals to happen automatically, ask us about enabling auto-renewal so you never have to worry about a lapse.
