What is your refund policy?

Every Dirham A Day hosting plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you can request a refund of your hosting fee, and we will return it to your original card via Stripe in AED.

To request a refund, open a ticket from your client area at my.dirhamaday.ae or contact our team. A few points to note:

• Domains are generally non-refundable once registered, as they are booked with the registry on your behalf — this is standard across the industry.
• Add-ons and renewals may have their own terms.
