Payment reminders and notices

DirhamBill sends friendly reminders so a renewal never catches you by surprise. These arrive by email to your billing address on file.

You can expect:

• An invoice notice a few days before a service is due, with the amount in AED
• A reminder on or around the due date if the invoice is still unpaid
• Further notices if an invoice becomes overdue, before any suspension

If auto-renewal is on and your card is valid, most invoices are paid automatically and you can simply keep the emails for your records.

To make sure reminders reach you, keep your billing email up to date and check that our messages are not landing in spam. You can update your billing email under your profile at my.dirhamaday.ae. If you are not receiving reminders, let our UAE team know on WhatsApp at +971 58 553 6767 and we will check your account.
