What happens if an invoice is overdue?

If an invoice passes its due date without payment, it is marked Overdue. We will send reminders and give you time to pay, but if it stays unpaid the related service may eventually be suspended to prevent further charges.

What suspension means:

• Your website or service becomes temporarily unavailable
• Your data and files are kept safe during this period
• The service is reactivated automatically once the invoice is paid

To avoid any interruption, pay the overdue invoice as soon as you can under Billing → My Invoices at my.dirhamaday.ae. Turning on auto-renewal with a valid saved card is the easiest way to make sure this never happens.
