How does auto-renewal work?

Auto-renewal keeps your services running without you having to remember renewal dates. When it is switched on, DirhamBill automatically charges your saved card before a service expires and issues a paid invoice.

Here is what to expect:

1. We generate a renewal invoice a set number of days before your service is due.
2. You receive an email reminder with the amount in AED.
3. On or near the due date, we charge your saved card automatically.
4. Your hosting, domain or VPS keeps running with no interruption.

This is ideal for anything you never want to go offline, such as your website or business email. You stay in control: you can turn auto-renewal off at any time under Billing or on the individual service in your client area at my.dirhamaday.ae.
