Can I downgrade to a cheaper plan?

Yes, if your needs have reduced you can move to a smaller plan — for example from Blaze to Grow, or Grow to Spark. You can request this from the Services section of your client area at my.dirhamaday.ae, or by asking our team.

Before downgrading, make sure your website comfortably fits within the smaller plan’s resources — check your current disk usage, databases and email so nothing is left over the new limits. If your site is close to the smaller plan’s allocation, it may be better to stay where you are.

Because all plans share the same core features and control panel, downgrading does not remove your key features — you keep free SSL, unlimited email and your domain. Any billing difference is handled on your account.
