Do I need a UAE trade licence to buy hosting?

For most of our services, you do not need a UAE trade licence. Individuals and businesses alike can buy a hosting plan and register common domains such as .com, .net or .online, and get online straight away.

The main thing to be aware of is the .ae domain. Because it is the UAE country domain, the registry has eligibility and documentation requirements, and in some cases proof of a UAE presence or trade licence may be requested for certain registrations. The free .ae domain included with hosting is a great option for UAE businesses that meet these requirements.
