How to delete your account from the app

In line with Apple and Google policies, the Dirham A Day app lets you request account deletion directly from your phone.

1. Sign in and open your Account or Profile settings.
2. Find the Delete account option.
3. Read the information shown and confirm your request.

Please note: deleting your account is permanent and removes your access. Before you proceed, make sure you have backed up any website data and understand that active services — such as hosting and domains — may be affected or cancelled. If you have domains you wish to keep, arrange to transfer or renew them first.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax or accounting reasons under UAE regulations, even after account closure.
