How to add a contact form to your website

A contact form lets visitors send you an enquiry without leaving your website — essential for turning visitors into customers.

1. Edit the page where you want the form (usually your Contact page or the bottom of your homepage).
2. Click Add Section or Add Element and choose Contact Form.
3. Set the fields you need — name, email, phone, and message are enough for most businesses.
4. Enter the email address where enquiries should be delivered.
5. Save and Publish.

Always send yourself a test message to confirm submissions arrive (check your spam folder too). For UAE customers, it is a great idea to also add a WhatsApp button alongside the form, since many prefer to message instantly.
