How to use biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint)

Biometric unlock lets you open the app securely with your face or fingerprint, so you do not have to type your password each time — fast and safe.

1. Sign in to the app as normal the first time.
2. Open the app’s Settings or Security section.
3. Turn on Biometric unlock (Face ID or Touch ID on iPhone; fingerprint or face on Android).
4. Confirm with your biometric when prompted.

From then on, the app can be unlocked instantly with your biometric. Your fingerprint or face data stays securely on your device — it is handled by your phone’s built-in security and is not shared with us.

This is especially useful because the app holds your billing and account information; biometric unlock adds a layer of protection if your phone is left unattended. For extra safety, also keep your phone’s own screen lock enabled.
