How it works:

1. Contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase.

3. We will process your refund in AED to your original card.

Please note the guarantee covers the hosting service itself. Domain name registrations are not included, as these are paid to the registry immediately and cannot be reversed. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a new plan, not to renewals.
