How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

We want you to be genuinely happy with your hosting, which is why every Dirham A Day plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide within the first 30 days that we are not the right fit, you can request a refund of your hosting fee.

To request a refund, simply open a ticket from your client area at my.dirhamaday.ae or contact our team, and we will process it for you. Refunds are returned to your original card via Stripe in AED.

Please note that domain registrations are generally non-refundable once registered, as they are booked with the domain registry on your behalf — this is standard across the industry. Add-ons and renewals may have their own terms. If you are unsure what is covered in your case, just ask us before you buy and we will explain clearly.
